COLD & FLU SEASON

Here in Canada, The weather is cooling off and we are spending more time indoors. With 4 beautiful seasons full of personality and quirks. Many enjoy starting up the fireplace, having friends over to watch a movie or play boardgames. This puts us in very close proximity to one another. Are there precautions we can take? We know about hand washing, But is there more we can be doing to protect ourselves, our families and our friends, as well as keeping our homes healthy with the cold & flu season upon us?

Here are some recipes you can try for yourself!

Immunity Support Blend

1 drop Rosemary
1 drop Eucalyptus
1 drop Lemon
1 drop Orange

This blend can be used either put into a diffuser to purify the air, added to soap for an added boost or 20 drops of this blend can be added to a roller bottle and topped with your favorite carrier oil. suggestions are coconut, avocado, jojoba. any carrier oil will work though. Roll the bottle between hands to mix well before applying to: back of neck, pulse points, chest area, bottom of feet and or gland area

Foaming Hand Wash
You will need, essential oils, castile soap, 250 ml foaming hand soap bottle with pump

directions Fill bottle ¾ full with the castile
Add 60 drops essential oil blend Secure the pump top and gently shake to mix. It is now ready to use.

Another blend you may enjoy in your soap is 30 drops each Peppermint Lemon
